Healing From A Kundalini Awakening Through Connecting With Silence
When we connect with the Silence, we connect with the knowing that our kundalini journey is going to work out.
The mind feels clearer and more undisturbed when we are in the lap of silence. We feel much more IN life and in our heart center. And when we are in our heart center, we are creating a powerful pathway for the kundalini to integrate into our being.
If you’re on the kundalini journey, connecting with stillness and silence is the most healing thing you can do.
The kundalini process thrives when connected with stillness and silence.
Ultimately, the kundalini is leading us into Oneness with the Silence, and destroying anything within us that resists unification with the Silence.
For so long on my kundalini awakening journey I couldn’t access this healing connection with the radiant and alive Silence. Somewhere deep within was yearning for this connection, but I was being pulled by the force within that is always resisting stillness to the bitter end.
I’ll call this force the structure within (maybe you are more comfortable with ego).
I’m noticing that all the mental noise, our addictions, emotional desperation, it all comes from a structure, a structure fighting for its survival, a structure the mind has relied on for its illusory feelings of safety and security, and the kundalini is disassembling this structure one piece at a time. And as one piece is dissolved the structure quickly reforms itself with what remains, and then that newly formed structure says, ‘okay here is a structure that is spiritual, now leave me alone so ‘I’ the mind can feel safe. And once more the kundalini disassembles yet another piece and on and on until the structure is dissolved and we are more a Presence than a person (structure).
I was beginning to sense this emotionally desperate structure within. How to dissolve this structure and become free I asked myself? This structure, with its myriad of addictions, judgments and fears keeps me from going deep into each moment. The structure resists going vertical into each moment and insists on horizontally jumping from one surface level stimulation to the next.
It makes me wonder how deeply I’ve lost myself to the illusion of separation. The voyage back to the ‘Self’ always seems so long, painful and grueling. But this is the imagination of the structure at work, a trick the mind uses to keep you from going on this voyage. In reality we can connect back to our essence in a moment through letting go into the silence.
In the silence I’m able to feel and to observe this structure much more clearly. It is as if the silence has stripped this structure naked. In the silence its power is dissipated. It’s demands, and later pleas for bargaining and persuasions aren’t felt as intensely.
At a certain point on the path, the pain of not connecting with stillness and silence becomes greater than the pain of letting go of our addictions that keep us from connecting with stillness and silence.
You realize that as the Silence grabs you, it’s infinitely stronger than the force of the structure. A voice keeps whispering, “never again, never again back to being a prisoner to the noise of the structure.”
There’s a supreme and guiding intelligence in the Silence. This intelligence is the very fabric of the Silence, which is the very fabric of all of existence.
The structure is terrified of this intelligence. The intelligence is the structure’s kryptonite. That’s why the structure evades stillness and silence at all costs.
The silence tells you, relax, take your time, savor this moment, there’s no rush. The structure is always in a hurry to fill itself up with things, approval, accomplishments, and pleasure all in a bid to keep up the illusion that wholeness is found ‘out there.’
The silence of your being allows life to harmoniously guide your movement. In this silence the structure becomes more identifiable and therefore easier to let go of. And when we let go of this structure, when we allow the Silence to dissolve it, our kundalini symptoms greatly lessen in pain and intensity.
When we know ourselves as the silence, results and outcomes don’t matter anymore. And to know ourselves as silence we must connect with stillness.
You never know where the silence and stillness will take you. In the silence we are always aligned with Spirit, following and surrendering to Spirit’s desired growth opportunities.
To be in true alignment with the kundalini process we must be willing to embrace and welcome the unknown. The deeper we connect with the silence the safer and more supported we feel entering the unknown. The silence shows us that we can’t really Know anything that is going to happen in this divine dream, we can only know ourselves as the silence, and when we know ourselves as the silence, what happens in the dream loses its significance.
When you’ve become friends with the unknown it’s a sign that your kundalini process is becoming deeply integrated.
Three is no fear of losing this place of stillness and connection to silence.
It isn’t about maintaining something that you always are. It is just about remembering.
As you become more still, and your connection to the Silence deepens, you will start feeling the Silence transforming your consciousness in subtle and not so subtle ways. More energy will begin pulsating within.
The energy that is flooding and expanding your being is a result of the ‘structure’ becoming disassembled. It takes a lot of energy to keep this heavy and dense structure alive. At times you’ll feel the Silence literally burning away the structure. However, the dissolution takes place within you, whether gently or with intense pain, know that there is great freedom and relief awaiting you.
Our pain and unconsciousness serve as a light and a pathway to knowing ourselves as divinity through connecting with silence.
Through connecting to stillness and silence, we ride our painful emotions and feelings into new and previously dormant realities within, where the kundalini can integrate and begin to live through us as us.
What you will find is that you begin to disappear into this Silence. There becomes less distinction between you and the Silence. Your boundaries to love, peace and joy begin dissolving.
You cannot measure the silence. That’s why when we try to measure or compare ourselves against others, we feel badly. Comparisons are not aligned with the Truth, because the Silence doesn’t birth anything into existence that is less than or more than anything else. The silence gives us the direct experience of this Truth and of our wholeness. Our divinity, wholeness and love are immeasurable. Only the structure needs measurements. The measurements keep the structure alive and siphons your life force into creating realities of illusion and lack within.
When the structure dissolves, all that remains is love, abundance, joy and peace.
It is out of this stillness and silence that everything is created. I can literally feel the relationship between silence and creation now. I can feel how the silence desire’s creation, and how it desires to create through form. How it desires to experience itself through form.
Keeping your awareness open and relaxed is what the Silence loves. The silence will speak through those open and still enough to receive and bring clarity to the nature of the Silence.
When I connect with the Silence, I feel swept away in its aliveness and intelligence. There’s a profound depth to every still and silent moment that communicates ALL there is.
I’m back in love, so deeply back in love with existence. What a divine dream the silence has chosen to dream, for no other reason than to just dream a divine dream.
I am the Silence, you are the silence, we come from the silence and ultimately go back into the silence. I really KNOW this now.
My first words when I stepped out of the car after coming home to the Prairie were, “you can literally feel the silence here.”
That’s why this place is so healing. The creator is feels so close here. The silence penetrates your being. This is why I’ve been called here, to connect with this silence. The silence is just as much a real ‘thing’ as anything you see in the physical that you can touch.
Any time we are feeling a sense of lack in our life it is because we have forgotten that we are the alive and radiant Silence.
We have lapsed into a belief that we are something ‘separate’ from the silence, which is the same thing as saying that we are something separate from existence.
The more silence and stillness within, the more heaven without.
The silence, if you let it, works through you at its own pace, giving you your own unique expression. The silence knows you better than you know you, because the silence is you. You cannot know yourself better than the silence knows you, you can only know yourself as the silence.
The portal into connecting with this silence is stillness. Sometimes the silence takes us into realms of heavenly bliss where we become dysfunctional and unable to move. Other times it brings intense and driving creative energy through our being and we are fiercely pulled into giving our gifts, and all we have to do is hang on for the ride.
To ‘get’ the most out of the silence is to not ask it for anything, but to surrender into it. This is the same thing as surrendering into your ‘Self.’
The personal will (structure) doesn’t have time for Silence, it is too busy trying to accumulate things, possessions and validation to protect and guard its illusions of separation.
It is all just the silence, expressing through silence to silence. Spirit is just reflecting itself in all forms.
There is no personal success and failure. There is no personal doer, just the silence expressing through a manifested form of itself. The part in you that feels it needs things to happen in a different way than they are happening or in a quicker period of time than the silence has arranged, is the part of you that still clings to the illusion of separation (structure).
When you see through this illusion of separation the silence moves you. When you see that it is just the silence speaking through you, acting through you, expressing through you, you no longer become identified with what is happening.
How the silence chooses to express through you, whether as a famous movie star, or janitor, no longer has any relevance. You see no distinction between the two anymore.
You just allow the silence to move you how it is already going to move you. You align with your life stream and let go of the paddles, and begin to just really focus on enjoying the view of all the beautiful scenery along the river sides.
It is when we start believing that we are separate from the silence that suffering ensues. Living in time (mind) is painful. Silence is timeless, free and joyful. The more you love yourself the easier it is to surrender into the Silence and allow the kundalini to heal you.
The silence teaches you that the pathway to self-love is releasing judgments about yourself.
When you connect with stillness and silence you never know what will ripen and unfold within you. A new dimension of peace, contentment and joy is discovered. From this dimension a magical experience of yourself as the silence becomes a certainty.
When you connect to stillness and silence your very existence becomes a new possibility. Connecting deeply with the silence will shed your karma and conditioning and make is easier for the kundalini to integrate. It is impossible to be One with the Silence and to act inauthentically.
Silence and stillness are the death knell to your conditioned and patterned way of living (structure). Your mind has dull projections of what happiness and satisfaction are and where they are found (outside). The silence helps you to see through these projections. And once you’ve seen through them, the deconstruction process is underway.
