As I was looking back at the bear while I was walking away there was a moment where I was sure he was going to charge at me. For a brief few steps it felt inevitable.
The surge in fear and anxiety you are experiencing along with the increased mind activity are all signs of the kundalini purifying process. When we are releasing old energies, patterns and fears our minds can interpret this as something to be concerned about (it is a survival machine after all) but rest easy knowing that this is part of the process and all is going according to plan.
